The decision to sell the auction property will be made based on the bid price of the highest bidder.
Precautions
1. Please confirm the current status of the auction property and related public records in advance.

2. If the published drawings and photos differ from the actual situation, the actual situation shall prevail.

3. Even if the auctioned property is unsuitable in terms of type or quality, the executing agency (the state) shall not bear any guarantee liability.

4. The executive authority (the state) does not bear the obligation to deliver the auctioned property. Therefore, if the user or occupant requests the delivery or disposal of movable property in the auctioned property, it will be carried out by the buyer.

5. Please negotiate with the adjacent landowners regarding land boundaries and with the road owner regarding the use of the road (private road).

6. No professional investigations such as soil contamination or asbestos were conducted.

7. The time of transfer of rights and risk burden is when the buyer pays the purchase price after the sale decision.

However, for auction property that requires permission or registration under laws and regulations, the transfer of rights will not take effect if the permission or registration requirements of the relevant authorities are not met.

8. The cost of transferring the rights to the auctioned property shall be borne by the buyer.

9. The auction may be suspended. Please confirm whether there is any suspension before bidding.
