About contract signing
・Since the project price for this project exceeds 20 million yen and the area exceeds 5,000m
2of land, and therefore a resolution of Parliament was required.
・After winning the bid, the winning bidder and Asahi City will sign a provisional contract within 7 days from the date of the winning bid, excluding weekends and holidays. After that, the contract will take effect after the parliament scheduled to be held in March 2020 obtains a resolution.
・One income stamp (depending on the contract amount) affixed to the contract is borne by the purchaser.
・Before signing the contract, you need to pay a contract deposit (10/100 of the contract amount or more).
